The Century 21 National Training Academy created and launched the GO 21 Coaching Program to guide and coach new real estate agents to go from rookies to become actively producing agents in just 13 weeks.
All new agents that join Century 21 gain access to the Go 21 Coaching Program. The Go 21 Coaching program is an email-based system that sends new agents an email every single day to guide and coach then on the daily activities needed to become successful in their new real estate career.
