Yes, there is adjustment required in the times we now live and work in. Our Professionals need to embrace technology more than ever for deal making but the core principals of top performers stay the same.
What do our Top Agents have in common?
They give 121%. They work all the time and have a massive work Ethic.
They understand that time kills Deals and are rapid at serving all client inquiries.
They do not negotiate with their daily essential activities; Prospecting, Nurturing their Pipeline, Networking and driving their portfolio online and to their network.
They are Teachable and invest a lot of time in personal development and Mentor ship. Most importantly they take time to apply what they learn.
They love what they do.
They give more to their client than their competitors. More Time, more Value, more communication during every step of the sales process.
Methods are Many, as I identified listening to a group of Top Agents, but Principals are few. Look for the Top Performers in your Environment and you will find clues to their success. Model those clues and in time, success becomes predictable.
